How long will it take to make my order?

Each item (if custom made for you) will take about two weeks to complete. Shipping by Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 business days in the US. So if you only ordered one item, it should be at your house less than three weeks. TOP

Do you have any cloaks/gowns already made and ready for purchase?

Occasionally I will have ready made cloaks and dresses available for purchase. Please check my eBay auctions. TOP

Chances are, probably. For an extra charge I can rush your order. It will be the base price of the item(s) plus a rush charge of $25 and an extra charge if you would like it shipped UPS Overnight, UPS Second Day, or UPS Three Day Select. Can you make me a (insert movie here) costume?

No. Sorry, but no. Movie costumes are just too complicated to attempt without the customer present. It is nearly impossible to fit a costume correctly with only a sewing dummy. If you would like to chance it, there are many websites that will make a costume to your measurements. TOP

Can I get a costume made of a specialty fabric?

Yes. If the fabric is available here in Atlanta, then I can get it. There will be an extra charge depending on the type of fabric desired. Please email me with your fabric inquiry - dantzlercreations@yahoo.com . TOP

Can you make me a costume if I send you the fabric?

Yes. If you would like to send me your own fabric, I can make a costume out of it. The price is the same as the other costumes. First buy the desired item and then in the special instructions say that you will send me the fabric. Dantzler Creations is not responsible for fabric lost in the mail. Please insure your package. TOP

Can I come to your office in Georgia for a fitting?

No. My office is not open to the public. Cloaks are fitted by height only. Gowns are one size fits all but will be hemmed to your correct height. Other items will ask for specific measurements. TOP

Do I get a discounted price if I order in bulk?

Yes. If ordering multiple cloaks/gowns (for a play, reenactment, etc.) there is a discounted price. If you are ordering 5-9 items that are the same, there is a 10% discount. If you are ordering 10 or more, there is a 20% discount. TOP

If I am not satisfied with my purchase, can I return it?

If the dress was custom made to your measurements, then the item is not returnable. Make sure that you measure correctly. If the mistake was mine, I will accept returns minus shipping costs. TOP
